This is to say a heartfelt thank you for your contribution to the success of the Florence Congress.

Concerted commitment was the key to the success of this extraordinary event, which was attended by participants from over 90 countries, attracted by the range and quality of its content and the Faculty's high scientific standing.
The subjects dealt with constituted a unique opportunity for the updating and enrichment of individual knowledge and techniques, thanks to the exchange of experience and expertise from a variety of backgrounds.
The dialogue generated by the panels and the ensuing discussions involved speakers and listeners alike in an open multi-cultural debate.

We hope that Florence 2009 has left a significant impression – scientific and personal – on all those who took part in it.
